An indigenous Mexican woman weaves in a women's craft making cooperative in the autonomous Zapatista community of Oventic in the highlands of Chiapas December 18, 2003. Oventic is the most important of seven autonomous Zapatista communities in the Chiapas highlands. This December marks the 10th anniversary of the Zapatista armed uprising when indigenous Mexicans rose up to demand their rights and customs be respected.
