Koch. Das verfeinerte Kochen galt schon im Altertum als Kunstfertigkeit. Im Mittelalter wurde die Kochkunst besonders in Klostern gepflegt, und seit dem 16 Jahr mehren sich die Kochbucher mit erlesenen Rezepten fur Zubereitung von wohlschmeckenden, z.T. raffinierten Speisen. Zur Kochkunst gehort auch die allen Gelegenheiten angepasste Zusammenstellung von Gerichten nebst Getranken. Translation: A Cook. Refined cooking was considered a skill even in ancient times.
