UNITED 6 BLUSH ROSE GOLD GEOMETRIC PATTERN, 2022 (Mixed Media Illustration), This piece is a fun and urban geometric design that I created using a combination of a hand-drawn sketch and digital reworking and layering for the final effect. It's an intricate interplay of lines and shapes, like interlock tiles or a vintage art deco pattern, for a very interactive feeling and lots of visual details throughout. It also captures a zen sense of balance and uniformity, with the repeated shapes throughout. As an artist, I enjoy creating art that allows the viewer to engage with the piece and find many places to rest their gaze. And as this piece is abstract, it can be flexibly oriented, vertically or horizontally, as preferred.
