Private Scott Mandelson, a 17-year-old Scottish Blackwatch guard from Fife, peers through high-powered binoculars across Hong Kong's border with China into the sprawling city of Shenzhen June 18, as part of the last stationed British regiment's duties before China regains the territory in 14 days.
