A guest sits alone in the lobby of Kawana hotel in central Japan April 11. Russian President Boris Yeltsin's visit to Japan was originally scheduled for this weekend but has been postoponed to next weekend. All 140 rooms at the hotel are almost fully booked this season every year but only 20 guests are staying today, a hotel clerk said. It took the Japanese Foreign Ministry and the hotel two months to cancel hotel reservations in order to squeeze in Yeltsin's visiting delegation. Yeltsin and Japanese Prime [Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto] will hold talks at the hotel from April 18 after a weeklong delay.
