Suspended breath in Venegono. During an event on the airfield near Varese, the 21-year-old paratrooper student Mario Fargion from Milan caught himself, right on his first launch, in the tail planes of the device, remaining suspended in the void. For five minutes the plane, which was in the meantime losing altitude, dragged it through the air, amid the terror of the public crowding the field, but in the end the Fargion, following the advice from the nacelle the instructor gave, pulled the breastplate handcuff, the emergency parachute, which opened, the ropes of the other parachute broke.
