TV telephone (colour litho)

TV phone. In New York, on behalf of an important telephone organization, the first Vistaphones were installed, devices that allow you to see the person on the other end of the line. They consist of a telephone set and a cassette with a television screen. The caller dials the number and sees the person they are talking to on the screen. Whoever receives must have the same apparatus. If the user, however, does not want to be seen, turn a knob and excludes the television circuit.
