Russia has told cosmonauts preparing for a space flight in the United States to end a training boycott, begun due to U.S. objections to Moscow's plans for the world's first cosmic tourist. Russian officials said the cosmonauts quit training when space tourist Dennis Tito was refused access to preparations for a flight to the $60 billion International Space Station. Russia insists Tito will fly as he has already paid $20 million. JP
