[Description] This formal dress in the French style is closed, with a pleat at the back, is low-necked, and forms a sheath. The body is isolated in vast fold; it needs an elegant figure to carry it off, and only suits the young and beautiful. The victory hat is circled with laurel, and topped with ostrich feathers.
