(EDITOR) American Indians: First Families of the Southwest 1920 Huckel 1863-1936 Cover Frank Paul Sauerwein (illustrator). Early printing with the original title. No date given (circa 1919), [1913 copyright]. Brown paper-covered boards with flute-player illustration plate and terracotta lettering, brown cloth spine. 32 full page, full color plates, including 3 color photographs of blankets, pottery, and an altar room. 13 pieces of artwork by an unnamed artist. 3 pieces by J. Allen St. John, 5 by Taos Society of Artists founding member O. E. Berninghaus, 2 by F. P. Sauerwein (cover "Flute Player" painting), and a painting each by Chas Craig, W. E. Rollins, C. Cassidy Davis, Ferdinand Burgdorff, and E. Irving Couse.
