In miniature.One of the” best hatted men” of 1953.: Ten well known personalities in defferent walks of life were recently selected as the” ten best hatted men of 1953” - by women, in a survey in eight key Towns throughout the country, They are: -Duke of Edinburgh; Duke of Norfolk; Sir Winston Churchill; Clement Attles; Anthony Eden; Herbert Morrison;; Bing Crosby; Charlie Chester; Sir Laurence Olivier and Michael Wilding. In recognition of this each man is being presented with a miniature top - hat - suitably inscribed - for use as a paper weight - from the British felt hat Manufacturers Federation
