A train carrying 23 tonnes of uranium oxide fuel in transit through Poland crossed into the Czech Republic early on Sunday en route to the Temelin nuclear powerplant near the Austrian border. The transit operation, which began early on Saturday after the fuel arrived from the U.S. by ship and was loaded onto as train under great secrecy. To prevent possible protests by environmentalists or even terrorist attacks on the valuable fuel, the train was escorted from the Polish Baltic port of Swinoujscie to the Czech border by a large force of railway security guards and police anti-terrorist commandos in a super-scret operation codenamed "Oklahoma.
