With the Swiss partner NESTLÉ and many, many colorful smarties as encore, the TV magazine HÖRZU promotes itself and Germany's television prize 'Golden Camera', which will be presented again on 4 February 2003 in Berlin. At the time of the economic miracle HÖRZU and mascot MECKI were the real stars of the still young television family: Launched in December 1946 (250,000 copies), the weekly program sheet became Europe's largest magazine (1962: 4.2 million copies). Since 1949, the dear Mecki on the advertising drum and made it several times on the title page (our photo from December 1955). In the Chinese look, he advertises quite casually for his book series, which is still popular among old and young, 2003 (photo)
