YUGOSLAV PRIME MINISTER SMILES AT THE BEGINNING OF GOVERNMENT'S SESSION ON COOPERATION WITH U.N. WAR CRIMES COURT IN BELGRADE. Yugoslav Prime Minister Zoran Zizic (R) smiles at the beginning of Yugoslav government's session expected to give a green light to the proposal of the law on cooperation with the U.N. war crimes court, in Belgrade June 14, 2001. The Yugoslav government was meeting on Thursday to decide on a draft law on cooperation with a U.N. court that could eventually lead to the extradition of ousted leader Slobodan Milosevic to stand trial for war crimes. Belgrade's hopes of crucial U.S. backing at an international donor conference on June 29 at which the Balkan country wants to raise more than $1 billion rest on increased cooperation with the Dutch-based court.
