British Corporal Karl Auger (L) from the First Armoured Division corrects the camouflage on his face as other soldiers look on, at the Drawsko Pomorskie training ground, October 8. About 4,500 British soldiers, 490 tracked armoured vehicles and more than 780 other mobile equipment normally based in Germany practiced high intensity war fighting on Drawsko-Pomorskie military grounds in western Poland.
