RESCUED US SOLDIERS EMBARACE EACH OTHER WITH RELIEF IN TRANSPORT PLANE, 2003-04-13 (photo)

US soldiers Chief Warrant Officers Ronald Young (L) and David Williams embrace each other with relief inside a KC-130 transport aircraft after being rescued in Iraq in this picture taken April 13, 2003, and flown from a seized Iraqi airfield to Kuwait. The two soldiers were taken captive when their Apache attack helicopter was hit in late March. Marines from 3rd Light Armoured Reconnaissance Battallion were conducting house-to-house raids in the city of Sammara, Iraq when they found seven American POWs. All were safely rescued April 13.
