ANTI GOVERNMENT REBELS ARRESTED IN NORTHERN INDIA, 2003-12-20 (photo)

Indian police said that they had arrested five top rebels of the KLO during an operation to flush out anti-government militants. Bhutan said on Sunday its troops had destroyed 28 camps set up by Indian rebels in the tiny Himalayan kingdom and were searching for militants hiding in dense forests.
